1. Shipping Policy

All sales made by Signage Displays under Signage-displays are B2B transactions.

Free Shipping on orders over €2000,-

Orders under €2000,- have a fixed shipping fee of €99,-

1.1 Delivery Times

Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on working days (Monday to Saturday) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 17:00 (CET) will be processed on the following working day.

Processing Time

  • Minimum processing time: 1 working day

  • Maximum processing time: 3 working days

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Duration

  • Minimum shipping duration: 27 working days

  • Maximum shipping duration: 70 working days

  • Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Total Delivery Time

  • The estimated total delivery time is therefore 28 to 73 working days, depending on product availability, supplier production schedules, and international shipping times.

All delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim damages, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

1.2 Shipping Methods

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany via reliable logistics partners such as PostNL, DHL, and UPS, depending on the destination and product type.

1.3 Risk Transfer

All shipments are made Ex Works (Incoterms® 2020) unless otherwise agreed. Risk passes to the buyer at the moment the goods are handed to the carrier.


2. Payment Policy

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • iDEAL (Netherlands only)

  • Bancontact (Belgium only)

  • SEPA bank transfer (for business orders)

2.2 Payment Terms

Full payment must be received before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are processed securely. The buyer is responsible for any bank or transaction fees.


3. No Returns for Non-Defective Goods

As all transactions are B2B, no returns are accepted unless the goods are defective or delivered incorrectly. There is no right of withdrawal under consumer legislation.


4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

4.1 Reporting a Claim

If goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via info@signage-displays.com, including:

  • Order number;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Clear photographic evidence;

  • Photos of damaged packaging (if applicable).

Claims received after this period will not be accepted.

4.2 Resolution

If a claim is accepted, we may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the goods;

  • Replace the goods; or

  • Refund the purchase price (only if repair or replacement is not possible).


5. Return Shipping (Authorised Returns Only)

No goods may be returned without prior written authorisation. Approved returns must be:

  • Sent to the address provided in our return authorisation;

  • In original packaging and condition;

  • Properly protected for transit.

Return shipping for approved claims is at our expense.
