Return Policy

1. No Returns for Non-Defective Goods

All sales made by Signage Displays under Signage-displays are B2B transactions.
There is no right of withdrawal and no return policy for products that are delivered as agreed and without defects. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or product incompatibility.

As we only sell to businesses, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for consumers does not apply. Returns are only possible after prior agreement and under the conditions described below.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

2.1 If the goods are defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via info@signage-displays.com, including:

• Your order number;

• Description of the issue;

• Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect;

• If the outer packaging is damaged, photos before opening.

2.2 Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2.3 We will assess the claim and, if accepted, offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Repair of the goods;

• Replacement of the goods;

• Refund of the purchase price (only if repair or replacement is not possible).

3. Incorrect Goods Delivered

3.1 In the unlikely event of incorrect delivery, notify us within 48 hours with:

• Your order number;

• Description of the product you ordered and what you received;

• Clear photo of the incorrect product.

3.2 If confirmed, we will arrange collection and send the correct goods at our expense.

4. Return Shipping Instructions (Authorised Returns Only)

4.1 No goods may be returned without prior written authorisation from our support team.
4.2 All authorised returns must be:

• Sent to the address provided in our authorisation email;

• In original packaging and condition;

• Adequately protected to prevent damage in transit.
  4.3 Return shipping for accepted claims (defective or incorrect goods) is at our cost.

5. Risk and Liability

All risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (Ex Works, Incoterms® 2020).
We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipment unless arranged by us.
